Wal-Mart Wants Dukes Class To Surrender Akin Gump Report

Law360, New York (January 30, 2013, 5:56 PM EST) -- Wal-Mart Stores Inc. pressed a California federal judge Tuesday to compel the women accusing it of sex discrimination to hand over a potentially damning report prepared for the retailer by Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP in 1995, saying the document is protected by attorney-client privilege.
