Pa. Judge Rebuffs Sandusky's Bid For New Trial

Law360, Philadelphia (January 30, 2013, 3:19 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania judge Wednesday denied former Pennsylvania State University assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky’s efforts to toss his conviction for childhood sexual abuse, determining that even if Sandusky’s attorney had more time to review documents, it would not have affected his defense.
