Law360, New York (January 31, 2013, 1:52 PM EST) -- A Louisiana federal judge on Wednesday threw out a New Orleans Saints fan's putative class action against the National Football League alleging it breached a contract and diminished Saints tickets’ value by penalizing players and coaches, finding tickets only give a fan the right to seating at games.
