Houston Can't Dodge $5M Suit Over Unpaid Software Bill

Law360, Houston (February 1, 2013, 3:29 PM EST) -- A Texas appeals court on Thursday blocked the city of Houston’s effort to escape a high-tech company’s suit to recover $5 million it claims it is owed for construction project management software and support services it provided, ruling the appeal was too late.
