Mercedes Skirts False Ad Suit Over Parking Cameras, Radios

Law360, Los Angeles (February 1, 2013, 6:09 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Friday tossed a putative class action alleging Mercedes-Benz USA LLC’s advertisements misled consumers about parking guidance systems and Sirius radio features being standard on its 2012 luxury coupe models, finding the two named plaintiffs don’t have standing to sue.
