Comcast Sued By Business-Class Customers Over Fees

Law360, Los Angeles (February 1, 2013, 8:02 PM EST) -- Comcast Cable Communications Inc. was hit with a proposed class action in Pennsylvania federal court Friday by a group of business-class customers who say Comcast charged them early termination and Internet equipment fees contrary to their business agreements.
