Enviros Lose Challenge To $1.2B NY-NJ Pipeline

Law360, New York (February 4, 2013, 12:07 PM EST) -- A New York state court has rejected a bid by environmental groups to halt construction of Spectra Energy Corp.'s $1.2 billion natural gas pipeline between New Jersey and New York along Hudson River Park as preempted by federal law, according to an order made available Friday.
