Blackstone Digs Into Pair Of Maldives Seaplane Cos.

Law360, New York (February 4, 2013, 2:37 PM EST) -- Private equity titan Blackstone Group LP has bought a controlling stake in a pair of Maldives seaplane operators, it said Sunday, leaving it poised to cash in on a decadelong tourism boom for the island nation that reached its peak last year.
