Lenox Settles In Bed, Bath & Beyond Case

Law360 (November 30, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge on Wednesday approved a $500,000 settlement between Lenox Group Inc. and class action plaintiffs over an alleged conspiracy to fix and boycott sales of tableware to retailer Bed, Bath & Beyond, and promptly gave all the money to the class counsel to cover its fees thus far in the case.
