ERISA Class To Have Its Day Against Bloomberg, BNA Merger

Law360, New York (February 4, 2013, 5:01 PM EST) -- A Virginia federal judge on Monday certified a class action by a former Bureau of National Affairs Inc. employee alleging the news agency's management failed to inform retirees in early 2011 about Bloomberg LP's then-pending $990 million acquisition of BNA.
