USAA Denies FLSA Allegations

Law360, New York (November 30, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The United Services Automobile Association has responded to allegations that it has unlawfully denied its special investigators overtime pay, saying it acted in good faith and never intended to violate the law.

In a motion filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, USAA said the plaintiffs claims were barred, at least in part, because it had acted in good faith and with reliance on various policies of the Department of Labor.
