Aussie High Court Backs Google In Deceptive Ad Case

Law360, New York (February 6, 2013, 4:55 PM EST) -- Australia's highest court said on Wednesday that Google Inc. did not engage in misleading or deceptive conduct when it allegedly permitted companies to post search result advertisements that lured customers by using a rival's name in the headline.
