Fla. 'Pass-On' Defense OK'd In LCD Price-Fixing MDL

Law360, New York (February 6, 2013, 10:57 PM EST) -- Office Depot and others were dealt a blow when a California federal judge in multidistrict litigation over price-fixing on liquid crystal display panels ruled Wednesday that Florida law does not prevent LCD makers from arguing the retailers avoided damages by passing on alleged overcharges to their customers.
