Sony Says Lingering Flaws Should Sink Data Breach Suit

Law360, New York (February 13, 2013, 4:06 PM EST) -- Sony Corp. on Tuesday said the plaintiffs in a proposed class action over a massive data breach in its PlayStation and Qriocity networks had failed to address fundamental problems with the suit in an amended complaint, and that the California federal court suit should be dismissed.
