NJ Lawmakers Extend Port Authority Subpoena Power

Law360, New York (February 14, 2013, 6:11 PM EST) -- The New Jersey General Assembly on Thursday passed a resolution to extend through the end of the year the subpoena power of a committee that is probing toll increases and other controversial decisions at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
