2nd Circ. Tosses Gatt's NY Radio Bid-Rigging Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (February 14, 2013, 10:50 PM EST) -- The Second Circuit on Thursday affirmed a district court’s dismissal of a bid-rigging action against a dealer of radios purchased by state and municipal entities, finding that Gatt Communications Inc. didn’t have antitrust standing to bring its claims under the Sherman and Donnelly acts.
