Analysts Sentenced For Insider Training

Law360, New York (December 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge in Manhattan sentenced a former Morgan Stanley financial analyst and a former ING hedge fund analyst to 18 months each in prison for insider trading. But the judge allowed them to serve their sentences consecutively rather than simultaneously so that one would remain free to care for their infant son.
