Clooney, Roberts IP Row Isn't Insurable, OneBeacon Says

Law360, New York (February 21, 2013, 7:09 PM EST) -- George Clooney and Julia Roberts' lawsuits against audio-visual tech company Digital Projection Inc. alleging the stars' images were used without permission aren't covered by OneBeacon America Insurance Co.'s policies, the insurer said Wednesday.

The complaints, one filed in California state court and one in Georgia federal court, target Georgia-based DPI for allegedly making prominent use of large photographs of Clooney and Roberts in its advertising, marketing and promotions.
