Peckar Taps McKenna Long Atty To Helm P3 Team In Philly

Law360, Philadelphia (February 21, 2013, 6:53 PM EST) -- Looking to expand its footprint into Pennsylvania, construction law firm Peckar & Abramson PC has nabbed the former head of McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP's infrastructure group to chair its public-private partnership practice in its newly-opened Philadelphia office.

Frank Rapoport told Law360 that he joined Peckar & Abramson with the hope of meeting what he sees as an increasing demand from clients seeking public-private partnership, or P3, opportunities for infrastructure and other construction projects.
