Rawlings Must Face Athletic Bracelet False Ad Action

Law360, New York (February 22, 2013, 1:44 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday shot down Rawlings Sporting Goods Co.'s attempt to dismiss a putative false advertising class action over a rubber bracelet the company says improves balance and athletic performance, ruling that the named plaintiff has included enough detail in her allegations.
