Dish's Streaming TV Infringes Copyrights, Fox Says

Law360, New York (February 22, 2013, 2:17 PM EST) -- Fox Broadcasting Co. on Thursday urged a California federal judge to block Dish Network LLC from retransmitting its TV programs over the Internet to Dish subscribers’ computers and mobile devices via its Hopper device, arguing Dish is breaching its licensing agreement with Fox and infringing its copyrights.
