JPMorgan OT Arbitration Not Barred By NLRB's DR Horton

Law360, New York (February 22, 2013, 3:47 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Friday granted JPMorgan Chase Bank NA’s bid to compel arbitration of former workers' individual claims in a putative overtime collective action, saying he rejected the National Labor Relations Board's D.R. Horton ruling, which found arbitration agreements can’t block workers from bringing collective actions.
