Law360, New York (February 22, 2013, 7:18 PM EST) -- American Airlines Inc. on Friday warned senior management that social media posts about the company's pending merger with U.S. Airways Group Inc. must be reported to regulators — a reminder of the far-reaching but muddy scope of disclosure laws in the age of Twitter, attorneys say.
