Law360, New York (February 25, 2013, 3:17 PM EST) -- A New Jersey jury on Monday awarded $3.35 million in compensatory damages to a South Dakota woman, finding that Johnson & Johnson’s Ethicon Inc. fraudulently misrepresented the risks of a vaginal mesh product she says ended her nursing career.
