Law360, New York (March 1, 2013, 6:55 PM EST) -- A recent U.S. Food and Drug Administration warning letter scolding a supplement company for "liking" a Facebook post should remind drug companies to be extremely cautious about their social media activity, experts say, with the FDA clearly on the lookout for behavior that may run afoul of its marketing restrictions even though it has yet to issue formal guidelines.
