Atlantic Yards Foes Demand Return To 10-Year Project Plan

Law360, New York (February 27, 2013, 6:11 PM EST) -- Brooklyn community leaders and public officials on Wednesday blasted the Empire State Development Corp.'s revised environmental impact statement on a 25-year construction plan for the $4.9 billion Atlantic Yards project, arguing the original, 10-year project time frame must be considered.
