Law360, New York (February 27, 2013, 8:16 PM EST) -- A man who allegedly designed an early Baltimore Ravens logo told the Fourth Circuit on Tuesday that the Copyright Act's fair use doctrine does not allow the team and the National Football League to use the logo in photographs and film clips.
