Designer Max Azria Can't Ditch Playboy Condom Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (March 5, 2013, 3:56 PM EST) -- A California judge on Tuesday tentatively refused fashion designer Max Azria's bid to escape a multimillion-dollar contract lawsuit brought by United Medical Devices LLC over his distribution of a line of Playboy-branded condoms, saying UMD's claims aren’t barred by an arbitrator's ruling against a former co-plaintiff.
