Syracuse Wins Coverage For Bernie Fine Sex Abuse Inquiries

Law360, New York (March 7, 2013, 7:21 PM EST) -- A New York state judge ruled Thursday that National Union Fire Insurance Co. of Pittsburgh, Pa., has to pay Syracuse University’s losses, including defense costs, from subpoenas in state and federal investigations of allegations that former assistant basketball coach Bernie Fine sexually abused ball boys.
