CIA Contractors Pay $3M To Settle FCA Whistleblower Claims

Law360, Los Angeles (March 7, 2013, 8:20 PM EST) -- CIA contractors American Systems Corp., Anixter International Inc. and Corning Cable Systems LLC have agreed to pay $3 million to settle whistleblower allegations that they provided gratuities to CIA employees in order to obtain a supplies and services contract, the U.S. Department of Justice announced Thursday.
