Kenyon & Kenyon Asks Court To Toss ERISA Suit

Law360, New York (December 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Kenyon & Kenyon LLP is asking a Manhattan court to throw out an ERISA suit brought by a former partner who spent almost two decades at the intellectual property firm and claims that his former employer ran afoul of the law by going after $297,364 of his $1 million lump sum pension distribution.
