T-Mobile, Verizon Get NJ Town's Cell Tower Denial Reversed

Law360, New York (March 11, 2013, 5:34 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appeals court on Monday ordered zoning officials in the Township of Scotch Plains to approve an application from a unit of T-Mobile USA Inc. and Verizon Wireless to build a 125-foot monopole in a local cemetery to boost wireless service.
