Solyndra Hurt By Competition, Not Collusion, Chinese Cos. Say

Law360, New York (March 12, 2013, 5:05 PM EDT) -- Three Chinese solar panel makers accused in California federal court of driving Solyndra LLC into bankruptcy through market collusion said Tuesday that Solyndra was the victim of vigorous competition, not predatory pricing, as the company claims.

The Chinese manufacturers — Suntech Power Holdings Co. Ltd.,  Trina Solar Ltd. and Yingli Green Energy Holding Co. Ltd. — filed a joint motion seeking to dismiss Solyndra's lawsuit.
