AIG Seeks To Trim Coverage Suit Over WTC Asbestos Claims

Law360, New York (March 14, 2013, 6:19 PM EDT) -- An American International Group Inc. subsidiary on Thursday asked a state judge to trim a coverage dispute over asbestos claims brought by the original World Trade Center's construction workers, arguing the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey can't assert consumer protection allegations because it's not an individual consumer.
