9th Circ. Sides With FCC In WealthTV's Cable Lineup Suit

Law360, New York (March 15, 2013, 1:59 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit on Thursday declined to review a U.S. Federal Communications Commission ruling that approved a decision by Comcast Corp. and other cable providers not to carry WealthTV's programming in favor of an affiliated rival, finding the agency correctly decided the two networks weren’t similarly situated.
