Insurers, NFL Can Fight Concussion Suit Coverage In NY

Law360, New York (March 15, 2013, 4:14 PM EDT) -- The NFL and its insurers can square off in New York state court over insurance coverage for former players' head injury lawsuits, a judge ruled Friday, as attorneys said the underlying litigation had swelled to 6,000 plaintiffs and could easily cost $2.5 billion.
