Fed. Circ. OKs Challenge To Secrecy In Apple, Samsung Case

Law360, New York (March 15, 2013, 4:11 PM EDT) -- A coalition of First Amendment advocates and news organizations including The New York Times Co. and the Washington Post will be allowed to make their case against document secrecy at an upcoming Federal Circuit hearing in Apple Inc.’s patent case against Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., according to a Thursday filing.
