Derailment Spill Suit Belongs In Federal Court, Conrail Says

Law360, New York (March 19, 2013, 1:58 PM EDT) -- Consolidated Rail Corp., Norfolk Southern Corp. and CSX Transportation Inc. urged the New Jersey federal court on Monday to reject a request to remand a putative class action over a train derailment and resulting vinyl chloride spill to state court.
