Contractor Gave War Secrets To Chinese Girlfriend, DOJ Says

Law360, New York (March 19, 2013, 7:49 PM EDT) -- A defense contractor employee appeared in court Monday to face charges that he gave classified national defense information, including information on U.S. nuclear weapons and war plans, to his Chinese girlfriend, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.
