Competition Cases To Watch In 2008

Law360 (December 14, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- 2007 brought several precedent-setting decisions by the U.S. Supreme Court in antitrust law with regard to new pleading standards, vertical resale price maintenance and the relationship between securities and antitrust laws.
