Cuban Slams SEC's 'Hollywood' Remark In Inside Trading Suit

Law360, New York (March 20, 2013, 12:26 PM EDT) -- Dallas Mavericks owner and TV star Mark Cuban on Tuesday urged a Texas federal judge to delay his June trial date in a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission insider trading suit, blasting the agency for scoffing at his “Hollywood production schedule.”
