Contractor Botched $112M Transit Project, Md. Officials Say

Law360, New York (March 20, 2013, 2:27 PM EDT) -- Maryland officials on Tuesday accused Foulger-Pratt Contracting LLC and its subcontractors of seriously botching a $112 million bus and taxi project by not hitting contract-specified requirements, creating the need for extensive repairs and opening the door to possible litigation over the alleged oversights.
