Whistleblowers' Firing Claims Tossed In Nuclear Cleanup Row

Law360, San Francisco (March 20, 2013, 8:55 PM EDT) -- A California state judge threw out four Superfund-site cleanup workers' claims against New World Environmental Inc. alleging they were wrongfully fired for blowing the whistle on colleagues who purportedly flouted toxics-disposal protocols, saying their complaint didn’t clearly state whether it was New World or other defendants who wrongfully terminated them.
