Law360, New York (March 21, 2013, 6:55 PM EDT) -- A Massachusetts federal judge on Thursday blocked a bid by Bank of America NA to challenge the standing of the named plaintiffs in a putative nationwide class action accusing the bank of forcing excessive hazard and flood insurance on mortgage holders.
