Law360, New York (March 22, 2013, 6:07 PM EDT) -- Boies Schiller & Flexner LLP was accused Thursday of ignoring a conflict of interest stemming from its past representation of Host Hotels & Resorts when the firm targeted it in a $350 million antitrust lawsuit alleging the real estate investment trust secretly colluded with Marriott International Inc. to keep its flagship New York hotels union free.
