High Court Seeks US Stance On Pom's Coca-Cola Label Row

Law360, Chicago (March 25, 2013, 6:04 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday asked the U.S. Solicitor General to file a brief expressing the federal government's stance on Pom Wonderful LLC's suit accusing The Coca-Cola Co. of violating the Lanham Act by misleadingly labeling its Minute Maid pomegranate-blueberry juice blend.
