Judge Rejects GameStop's $750K Deal In Wages Class Action

Law360, New York (March 26, 2013, 9:50 PM EDT) -- A federal judge refused Monday to approve a $750,000 settlement between GameStop Inc. and a proposed class of employees who had sued the video-game retailer over wage-law violations, finding the settlement provided minimal compensation to class members and benefited some more than others.
