ICANN Launches Database For Domain Name Trademarks

Law360, Los Angeles (March 26, 2013, 7:21 PM EDT) -- The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers unveiled a trademark database Tuesday to give brand owners an extra layer of protection when the nonprofit organization that coordinates online identification systems launches new top-level domains later this year.
