Auto-Parts Makers Slam Indirect-Purchaser Antitrust Suits

Law360, New York (March 27, 2013, 8:18 PM EDT) -- Seven auto-parts makers accused of bid-rigging and fixing prices in multidistrict litigation asked a Michigan federal court Tuesday to dismiss indirect-purchaser suits from car dealers and consumers, saying they lacked evidence of a conspiracy, and, even if they had shown one existed, they couldn't prove it affected them.
