Wal-Mart, 7-Eleven Face Class Action Over Prepaid Cards

Law360, Dallas (March 27, 2013, 7:20 PM EDT) -- A putative class action filed Tuesday in Texas state court seeks to stop  Wal-Mart Stores Texas LLC, 7-Eleven Inc., CVS Caremark Corp. and other retailers from selling reloadable money cards allegedly being used in a ransom scheme that hacks computers and funds drug trafficking and money laundering.
